Every wedding package begins with a consultation and, when requested, a makeup or hair trial at our Greenwood Village salon in the DTC corridor. During the consultation the artist listens to your coverage and style preferences, tests looks, and checks makeup under different lighting so the finished plan reflects your exact comfort level and visual goals.
Trials are used to translate photos or ideas into a specific game plan for your wedding day. They let us adjust coverage, hair shape and accessories, and establish a reliable look you can rehearse. Brides report that seeing the look under salon lights and natural lighting builds confidence before booking the main event.
Preparing for your trial
Bring reference photos, your dress or a photo showing neckline and veil placement, and a list of products or skin sensitivities. If you prefer lighter makeup coverage, tell the artist up front so the trial focuses on that aesthetic rather than default heavier application. Clear communication helps avoid rework later and ensures the trial is efficient.
At the trial we evaluate how hair and makeup interact with your features and wedding conditions — indoor reception lighting versus outdoor ceremony light, or how styles hold in our local four-season climate. This practical testing reduces surprises on the wedding day and helps finalize timing and any necessary adjustments.
Day-of execution and logistics
On the wedding day we follow the agreed plan from the trial, sequencing work to fit your timeline and vendor schedule. We accommodate evening and weekend bookings common among commuters and local professionals, and we coordinate start times with your getting-ready schedule so hair and makeup are photo-ready when needed.
Pricing for the Hair and Makeup package starts at $250. Because bridal season peaks in May, June, September, and October, we recommend booking early. Our Greenwood Village location’s easy access from I-25 and the Denver Tech Center makes coordination simple for clients coming from nearby neighborhoods or events at Fiddler's Green.
